I wanted to take a few minutes to explain what Book of Randomness is, and what you can expect to find here!

This is my first time blogging… I mean this entry right here… literally my first.

When I thought about what I should write about, and how to start one of these, and blah blah blah, the common thread I found is, write about what you are passionate about.  So I wondered, what if I am passionate about everything?  Or I guess it is more of that I am passionate about learning and experiencing new things.  So, there it was, the idea was born.  

My family, friends, and co-workers often refer to me as a walking encyclopedia…. I sound smart right?  Well the problem with that is that I don’t know A LOT about one or two things.  Obviously, as anyone does, I have my strengths in certain areas, which I will explain later.  I always felt it was better to know a little bit about a lot of things rather than being a genius in one specified area.  I mean how boring right?

So here is Book of Randomness.  Yes the topics will be random, but hopefully you will find them relevant.  

I really would like the help and suggestions of anyone who visits the site.  I am a curious person, so if you share my passion for random curiosity, please tell me what you think I should learn or experience next.  I will try my best to do it!  

Topics to be covered…. well this will constantly be updated, but here is an idea. 

-Reviews of Movies, TV, Books, Magazines (unless you send these to me, they will just be ones I have come across on my own)

- Tips on: Nutrition, Exercise, Make-Up, Cooking, Traveling, Making Things Easier, Budget Shopping

- General information on a variety of topics: Those listed above, as well as, Interesting People, Great Blogs, My General Outlook on Life, and my general outlook on just about anything.

-Product Reviews: Hopefully some of these will come my way, and I will be able to share some great things with you!!
 

I think that about covers it for now.  I will probably update this post tomorrow because I am sure I will find something I am not happy with, but I suppose I need to get used to it!!
